Order processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping times and rates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Estimated delivery is 7-15 business days. These are estimates, and delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or high demand periods.

Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Customs, duties and taxes

Vireo Lux is not responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply to your order. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Occasionally shipping may be delayed due to factors outside of our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
